PEERS® Social Skills
The gold standard for adolescent social skills training.
Evidence-based groups helping teens and young adults make friends, handle conflict, and build lasting confidence.
Making Friends Can Be Learned
PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is an evidence-based social skills intervention developed at UCLA that's proven effective for teens and young adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other social challenges.
Unlike generic social skills programs, PEERS® teaches concrete, step-by-step strategies for real-world social situations. Participants practice skills in group sessions and apply them in their daily lives with ongoing support from parents and facilitators.
